site was the original Isle of Man Athletics Association website,
since my departure from full time involvement in the organising
of athletics the IOMAA have produced their own excellent website
under my good friend David Pryke. I will now go freelance
reproducing many of my old newspaper articles wrote years ago on
athletic events and update many of the results already contained
on this site. The original site was on Microsoft FrontPage
software the upgrade is on Microsoft Expression Web, during the
cold Winter months as time permits I will change and update each
section. As we are in the Cross Country season that will be
first so don't give up on me I WILL BE BACK in more ways than
